THE Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Commission on Elections (Comelec) on Monday signed a memorandum of agreement  (MOA) for the immediate prosecution of election-related offenses under the poll body’s Kontra Bigay program for the 2023 Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE), which will be held on October 30.
