Maaring ipatanggal ng gobyerno ng Pilipinas ang “floating barriers” na inilagay ng Chinese Coast Guard sa Scarborough Shoal o Bajo de Masinloc sa West Philippine Sea (WPS). Ito ang personal na paniniwala ni Justice Sec. Jesus Crispin Remulla sa pagsasabing: “It’s within our exclusive economic zone  then we will just declare it to be such
